Are you looking to hire skilled refugees?
With the SRR Program of SMART you can fill and submit a short form of required employees in your company or enterprise and right after we receive your request, we will be sending you blind CVs of the skilled refugee technicians (depending on area of your request) and then after selecting your preferred candidate, we can give you the full details of the person.
The reason we are hiding the name and details of the candidates at the first engagement is to save the confidentiality of both sides as refugees have sensitive cases of employment.
Are you a refugee looking for a job?
With the SRR Program of SMART you can fill and submit a short form and also attach your CV so that we can save it in our database and can deliver the blind version to the client when there is a request of employment in your area of expertise. We will make sure that your details will be confidential with us and only with the client who is going to hire you. Soon after you get shortlisted, we will be contacting you inform you about the job.
